Sample Daily Schedule
Campers registered for Extended Care arrive, store belongings
and begin their day with some extra free crafting time
9:00 a.m. | Regular Drop-off
Campers arrive, store belongings and ease into the day with
simple drawing prompts or coloring pages
9:30 a.m. | Guided Art Session
Instructor-led project focused on the day’s theme and/or medium
(painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media, etc.)
10:45 a.m. | Snack & Movement
Campers take a break for a small snack followed by light movement, outdoor free time or games
11:15 a.m. | Skill Building
Camper participate in smaller group activities and rotating stations
focused on building art skills, experimenting or collaborative projects
12:00 p.m. | Lunch & Movement
Campers take a break for lunch followed by light movement, outdoor free time or games
Lunch is available for purchase at $75/week
1:00 p.m. | Guided Art Session
Instructor-led project focused on the day’s theme and/or medium
(painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media)
2:00 p.m. | Games & Creative Challenges
Fun, low pressure challenges like group art, drawing games or themed creative prompts
3:15 p.m. | Snack & Movement
3:30 p.m. | Clean-up & Reflection | Friday Art Showcase*
Campers help tidy up their space and participate in a
group discussion/reflection about their creations
* On Fridays, we will host a Student Art Showcase for parents/guardians
to see their camper’s work
4:00 p.m. | Regular Pick-up
6:00 p.m. | Extended Pick-up
Campers registered for Extended Care will continue their day with some extra free crafting time
*Fridays will feature a special visitor or activity for campers along with the
Student Art Showcase at 3:30 p.m. Open to parents/guardians and siblings!
