Policies & Procedures
Our Philosophy
At Little Picassos, we believe creativity builds confidence. Our camp is designed to be hands-on, imaginative, and supportive—giving every child the opportunity to explore, create, and feel proud of their work in a safe and nurturing environment.
Registration, Deposit & Payment Policy
Payments is required for registration, which includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee.
All payments must be made by valid credit card. Cash and check payments are not accepted.
Enrollment, schedules, and optional services are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Little Picassos reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any outstanding balances.
If a credit card payment is declined, parents/guardians will be notified and given 24 hours to resolve the issue. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of enrollment.
Withdrawals, Cancellations & Refunds
While every effort is made to create a positive experience for each camper, participation satisfaction is subjective and cannot be guaranteed.
Full tuition refunds (minus the $25 registration fee and applicable credit card processing fees) will be issued for withdrawal requests submitted prior to the first session of camp in 2026.
After June 1, all camp fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Refunds are not provided for missed days, partial attendance, illness, vacations, or any other absences.
No changes within a camp session are permitted once the session has begun.
Schedule changes must be requested no later than one (1) week prior to the session start date.
Additional Fees & Late Pick-Up
Late payments are subject to a $25 late/re-billing fee.
Late pick-up from Extended Care will result in a $1/minute fee, charged to the credit card on file.
Parents/guardians agree to be responsible for any collection or administrative fees associated with unpaid balances.
Lunch & Beverages
Lunch is available for purchase at a weekly rate of $75. Lunch will be catered by Souper Jenny and will include a sandwich, side and a drink. Purchase here.
Campers may bring lunch from home; lunches must not require refrigeration, as refrigeration is not available.
Water, juice, or punch are provided at lunch.
An afternoon treat is provided daily.
Please label all lunch boxes, water bottles, and personal items with your child’s name.
Camper Health & Safety
The health and safety of our campers is our highest priority.
Campers must be in good overall health and able to participate in age-appropriate camp activities.
Any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs that may impact your child’s safety or participation must be disclosed on the online Health History Form.
Health History Form must be completed online at least seven (7) days prior to your child’s first day of camp.
A physician’s signature is not required.
All campers must be able to use the restroom unassisted.
In the event of illness or injury, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
If a parent/guardian cannot be reached in an emergency, parents/guardians authorize Little Picassos to seek emergency medical treatment and to select a physician as necessary.
Media Release, Personal Property & Insurance
Parents/guardians grant permission for their child’s image to be used in photographs, videos, and digital or print materials for promotional purposes.
Little Picassos is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings.
Little Picassos maintains limited excess accident medical coverage. Parent/guardian insurance is primary and will be billed first.
Registration Forms
Little Picassos requires two forms to be completed online prior to the start of camp. Campers will not be allowed to attend camp without the completion of both forms prior to the first day of camp.

Camper Expectations
Little Picassos Art Camp provides an opportunity for children to explore, experience hands-on activities, cultivate friendships, move their bodies, and learn about art. To ensure that camp is safe, enjoyable, and conducive to learning and growth for all, campers are expected to adhere to the camper expectations. Please review the following expectations with your camper:
Campers must be able to follow directions and stay with the group so we can keep everyone safe.
Campers must be able to show respect for themselves and for others by treating campers and camp leaders kindly.
We expect all campers to behave in a way that is physically and emotionally safe for themselves and for those around them.
Campers are required to follow the instructions given to them by camp leaders.
Campers are expected to interact with kindness and respect—physical contact such as hitting, kicking, biting, spitting, or fighting is not allowed.
Campers should use respectful and appropriate language at all times.
Positive behaviors and attitudes are rewarded.
Redirection of negative behaviors is used to prevent escalation.
In the event that a camper does not follow the behavior guidelines, camp leaders will work with that camper to help them have a more successful day using one or more of the following steps:
Reminders about behavior expectations with encouragement for good choices.
Conversation with the Camp Director about behavior expectations and making good choices.
Short amount of time away from the camper’s group to redirect and reflect.
Parent/guardian will be notified of the behavior by the Camp Director.
Respectful of the needs for all campers’ personal safety and the safety of others, Little Picassos reserves the right to remove a camper from the program at any time. If a continual behavior problem persists, or depending on the severity of the behavior, a child may be sent home immediately, and parent/guardian may be informed that the child will not be allowed to return the following day/rest of the Camp session. Note: There are no refunds when a child’s own behavior requires they be sent home.
